Double storey side extension & lean-to extension at rear

Tiny side extension replaced with large, two-storey extension incorporating garage, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom, also, single storey lean-to extension at rear of house to provide family/dining room expansion. Structural steel beams required at rear of house due to removal of original external wall. As part of this project the roof of the existing house and that of the adjoining semi-detached property were completely recovered with new double-roman tiles, this along with new roughcast using white cement on the front of both properties have left a seamless finish.
